The program is hosted by Soochow University and choreographed by Professor Xu Qinggen, ex-Dean of the School of Foreign Language, Soochow University, based on Soochow University's educational system and incorporates aspects of the North American education system. This joint training scheme is designed to be applicable not only to Canadian universities but also to meet the requirements of universities in the United States and the United Kingdom, providing students with more educational resources and options for studying abroad.

The program offers program in Finance, Financial Management and International Trade for Soochow University in partnership with Canadian and American universities. After initial 2 years’ study at Soochow University, qualified Chinese students of this program can be transferred to partner universities in Canada or USA for 2 year’s further study toward a bachelor’s degree from Canadian or American universities. Students can choose to study graduate programs and receive a Master’s degree, and alternatively, they can choose to work in the host country or apply for immigration.
